Letters: of John Dos Passos, 1928 and 1929 [manuscript].

In a letter, ca. 1928, to Mark Van Doren, Dos Passos discusses the publication of his translations of Antonio Machado in "The Dial" and "Rosinante to the road again." He also mentions translations of some other authors including Joan Maragall and Blaise Cendrars. In a letter, ca. 1969, to Mr. Heuer, Dos Passos sends a tribute to Father Sebastián of Easter Island and expresses delight that Heuer is publishing Sebastián's last book.
